Loot system
To begin with, we'll have a regular master looting system where we will discuss whom deserves what loot and we'll have even rolls among the members who can actually use the certain drops. There will be no DKP system and all will be able to get loot (even outsiders who are in to fill the raid group). This will be a good beginning, but it will come with one drawback - when some people have all the gear they need, the might stop raiding with the group until we move on to higher instances. If we would have a DKP system, they would still be in the raids to farm points instead of loot. With a DKP system it would be easier to fill the groups, but for our first raids when we only do ZG everyone can work together with a master looter.
Who will be master looter?
We need someone who can both act as a leader and be able to without problems divide the loot to those who deserves it. Who'll be up for the role can be a topic for discussion.
Who will get what?
We won't always divide the loot randomly, but give it to certain individuals to raise the efficiency of the raid. It's very possible that we give certain drops directly to our main tank for the sake of the group, and if there's something he doesn't need - the other warriors will roll for it. It might be best if those who are more active has a higher chance to get loot given to them than the casuals. But everyone will still be able to get something.

Drawbacks
- Those who are happy with their gear might stop doing certain instances until we advance. This could lead to us not being able to fill the raid groups.
- Since we will gear up certain people like the main tank to make the raid more effective, others might feel left out.
Benefits
- Everything won't be about gaining the pointzzz, and there will be a more realistic feeling to have officers who actually decides who gets what.
- We don't need to drag along a DKP master who will do complicated calculations and keep track of every member in the raid and their current DKP.
- We don't need to spend countless of hours to come up with a balanced DKP system, or spend even more hours to master the already existing ones.
