I am replying here, because I cannot access the wow-europe forums from work. They have banned the category 'games' from our browsers!
I totally understand your point of view Manovan. I think it is natural for anyone to get bored of a game eventually, but will find themselves still playing that game untill they find a better one. Best thing is to play how you want to play.
The reason I joined Scarsheild Legion was because I was tired of grinding my PVP-PVE warrior on Skullcrusher. I tend to find end raid guilds very boring, grinding the same instance 5-6hrs straight over and over again with someone telling you exactly what to do. In fact I tend to find that once I reach lvl 60 the game gets really boring. I mean once you are lvl 60 and have the uber gear, there really is no point to the game. Other than maybe to log in and talk with friends.
That is why I joined Scarsheild Legion with 5 irl friends who are also bored with this game but find themselves loggin in anyway. Everyday after work, we all connect up via teamspeak and play wow. But I am quite enjoying my time on ssl, the fact that we all help each other and I like the RP and the fact im not trying to race to lvl 60. I really enjoyed the time with your guild 'the bloodstone order'. The military training sessions where we dueled each other etc. and the strict tests to get promoted. But I totally understand how it takes alot of time to lead a guild. It would be great to have a guild where there was a scheduled meet each week and then if the leader does not turn up the next highest ranking officer would take charge.
Anyway, I enjoy Rp'ing and am currently plotting my next part. I hope to continue to be somewhere within the Horde Blood Pact, whether back in the House of Slyvannas or otherwise...
PS: Perhaps the Hordebloodpact could hold RP meets as a whole unit, that way if one guild leader misses out on a meet another guild leader could take charge.
